Was charged twice possibly my fault, emailed to explain and received no reply to my email, will not order again and will go back to just eat, they might be more expensive but at least you know you will get a reply to your emails

Tried Chef Online as really don't like Just Eat but after spending fifteen minutes ordering food and go to checkout it says the restaurant is shut and they don't accept orders online! What a waste of time!

Cant login yet again, password reset and nothing received in the way of a link, total waste of time.

Awful service. they took payment and then I was told the restaurant could not deliver.

Ordered takeaway, received ok but was charged twice. Have contacted them on numerous occasions asking for a refund but have been totally ignored. Would definitely not recommend chefonline.

I ordered from Tamasha Lindfield. I had rice pilau with chicken Achari. The order was spot on and it was very hot. The food was incredibly delicious. I would definitely order again or most likely eat at home. Excellent food and service from the restaurant.

Fraudulent site or not, the allergy info is inaccurate.

Very easy to use and setup. We thought the launch of our online order system was going to be complex, but we had the whole thing up and running within 1 week.
I would highly recommend ChefOnline.

Used ChefOnline to place an order with Riyaz Indian takeaway in Lincoln. Order accepted, payment taken.
An hour later, no food. Called the takeaway to be informed they don't use ChefOnline. Applied for a refund but ChefOnline didn't even bother to respond, let alone give my money back.
Con artists. Check with your takeaway before ordering.
Riyaz were great and gave me the order for free, but the other lot are a bunch of cowboys.

DO NOT use this company!! FRAUD!! You have to enter card details manually and it is NOT secure - unfortunately we found out the hard way! DO NOT believe the other good reviews on here, they are probably part of the scam!!!! Also the response from Chef Online is utter rubbish!!!!

DO NOT USE! Full of substandard restaurants ripping customers off with inadequate quality & quantity of food. Very poor customer service, and a nightmare getting refunds.
